Don't get too excited about the price before you get the details on this lovely home. It sets on poor soils or an ice lens, we're not sure. It has significant settlement on the entire right side of the building perhaps as much as a foot and a half. The lower level is all garage except for the stairway going to the living area and a half bath in the garage. It has radiant heat pipes in the garage floor that have been discontinued because of the settlement. At some point in the last couple of years the house has frozen up and although the domestic water pipes are repaired and a new boiler installed the holes in the sheetrock from the repair are still there.
