PRESS RELEASE Audrey Foldoe, broker/owner of ERA Meyeres Real Estate, has reorganized her company effective Nov.1, 1998 a downsizing move that will let Foldoe spend more time with buyers and sellers.
Moving away from the ERA franchise, Foldoe is downsizing the firm. One associate, Victor Dartt, and one assistant will work with Foldoe. The firm will be called Meyeres Real Estate, the firm's original name when it was first organized in 1950.
It will remain at 627 Gaffney Road, along with the Broker's Co-op, which provides office space to other area real estate professionals.
Foldoe has been licensed since 1976, a broker since 1980, and has owned the company since 1990.
The telephone and fax numbers remain the same: 456-6000 phone, and 456-6522 fax. Preview current properties for sale on the Meyeres Web site at www.meyeres.com

PRESS RELEASE Audrey Foldoe, broker/owner of Meyeres Real Estate, announced the following new offices located in the Broker's Co-op at 627 Gaffney Road.
Three companies: Glacier Realty Associates, Susan Lofink, broker; Chris Calhoon Real Estate, Chris Calhoon, broker; and CD Realty, Corinne Bowell, broker; are members of the co-op along with Meyeres Real Estate. They are all former salespeople of Meyeres.
Also located in the co-op is Einevoll, Inc. Referral Services, a sister company of Meyeres Real Estate, which is a real estate referral interprise. The broker for Einevoll, Inc, is Cheyanne Fleury. Company associates are Evelyn Cole, Carolyn Doll, and Helen Wissman.
Walter Flint, a former salesperson at Meyeres is now the broker at Corona Real Estate at 326 Dunbar Ave. Sheri Stephens has relocated to another firm.
