Audrey Foldoe, broker/owner of ERA Meyeres Real Estate, has reorganized her company effective Nov.1, 1998 a downsizing move that will let Foldoe spend more time with buyers and sellers.
Moving away from the ERA franchise, Foldoe is downsizing the firm. One associate, Victor Dartt, and one assistant will work with Foldoe. The firm will be called Meyeres Real Estate, the firm's original name when it was first organized in 1950.
It will remain at 627 Gaffney Road, along with the Broker's Co-op, which provides office space to other area real estate professionals.
Foldoe has been licensed since 1976, a broker since 1980, and has owned the company since 1990.
